Accounting and Business Services has been in operation for the last 20 years and is owner managed by Lee Parnell. She is a BCompt qualified Accountant in Business and is registered with SARS as a Tax Practitioner as well being registered with the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners (SAIT) and The South African Institute of Business Accountants (SAIBA).

The rest of the team is made up of:

Bianca Barnard – Bianca is my right hand lady and is responsible for capturing, payroll and tax submissions.

Anne Sumner – Is our Receptionist and is responsible for liasing with SARS with regards to tax issues, PAYE issues and VAT issues. Anne also captures. She also deals directly with CIPC and the Workmen’s Compensation.

Tania Shingler – Our “old girl” – not in age at all but in years of service. Tania was an employee for 3 years but left to have a baby. Subsequently, she contracts her services to us and assists me with the preparation of financial statements and tax.

The whole team are assigned clients and are responsible for the capturing of the monthly work, preparation and submission of VAT returns.
